David has a vast amount of experience dealing with IRD investigations, tax debt resolution, tax disputes, civil tax litigation, insolvency and criminal tax matters as well as general tax advice.

David holds a double degree in Law and Economics from Waikato University and Masters of Law in Tax and Economics from Auckland University. He was admitted to the bar in 2004 and is one of the few Barristers who specialise in tax law in New Zealand.
